I think this is a good example of modern day government Websites which offer a wealth of material online in a user-friendly and attractive way.

The Waste Management and Research Center (WMRC), a division of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, assists Illinois industries, businesses, and citizens to reduce and manage waste. The WMRC Library supports the Center's staff in fulfilling this mission.
