Walt CrawfordCites & Insights: Crawford at Large is a free, web-distributed, print-oriented ejournal of libraries, policy, technology and media.
It's been around since December 2000; it appears at least monthly; it covers a fairly wide range of library-related topics. While the ejournal appears in PDF form, most essays are also available in HTML. All back issues are available (HTML since January 2004.)
After very widely-read and -debated essays in 2006 regarding "Library 2.0" (one of them downloaded more than 24,000 times to date), the ejournal now includes a growing emphasis on "Making it work"--finding a balance between continuity and change in libraries.
