Skokie Public Library

This website by the Skokie Public Library, IL is an outstanding example of both the Drupal CMS and using the talents of librarians for community building.

The website is divided by communities (Russian, Korean, etc.) topics (business, local history, government, etc.), and events.

Skokienet is also designed to allow/encourage community additions to the website, not even asking a user to sign up.
