Nice example of a 'less is more' kind of interface. There are only a select few things on the library's home page and you can just imagine what happened behind the scenes to get it down to this point.
The use of ajax on the page is helpful as well. They use LibGuides for Subject Guides.
The entire site is a wonderful lesson in restraint.

University of Houston Libraries

This is the main site for the library system. It uses a home-grown content management system and follows the same theme as the University of Houston's main site. Several 2.0 features are integrated within the site, such as feeds from Wordpress Mu and Meebo widgets. A recent addition are the Virtual Libraries where visitors are introduced to Libguides-like subject guides.
We have had a lot of mixed feedback about the site, so please share your comments!
Trible Library Media Center

The Trible Library Media Center provides access to a video collection of over 2,000 titles & an audio collection with over 1400 music items. The Media Center also assists students with their production, performance & document finishing needs.
The website incorporates may Web 2.0 features including Twitter and Flickr. Please rate us.
