Design is clear, concise and consistent and location of features is intuitive. Blog format provides RSS feed option and encourages repeat site visitation.

Interesting example of a site that runs on the CMS Drupal.

I also like how the pictures on the home page are large and easily recognizable, though, in order to de-Drupalize a bit more, I would have a little less text on the front page so that two pics are visible on the screen at the same time do.

Once people find out about Panels, we'll have a whole lot more creative/useful front pages.
